We’re not your typical tech startup. Board Intelligence wasn’t born in Silicon Valley, and it wasn’t birthed by tech bros either. Our story started with two women — both consultants in their twenties — who saw first-hand how much boards were struggling to access the right information to make better decisions.
We were in the boardroom long before we ever wrote a line of code, and that is our superpower. Our products and services are designed by people who understand the challenges boards face — and who genuinely care about solving them.
Growth done right
We’re a global team of 150+ people, working across offices in London, Stockholm, and Mauritius. We’ve expanded rapidly, but we’ve done it thoughtfully — bringing together a space that’s diverse, collaborative, and open to fresh ideas.
We celebrate our wins, speak openly about what’s working and what’s not, and have a good time as we support one another along the way. Many of us balance careers with family, life's responsibilities, and passion projects so we understand the importance of a workplace that cherishes its people and the lives they have beyond the 9-to-5.
